Here is a compilation of current court cases regarding L2/SBI and QMC.
1) QMC versus Empire Stock - Injunction to stop release of shares to L2/SBI (L2/SBI claim default and tried to get Empire Stock to release all associated shares per contract default clauses).
Status: Jury trial set for April 16, 2018

2) L2/SBI versus QMC - Appeal to remove injunction (item 1)
Status: With judges for disposition of case as of 2/12/18. Awaiting decision.

3) L2 versus QMC - L2 suing QMC for default of contract (claims are in the Texas appeal case (Some of my statement of facts or opinions are in parenthesis) : (a) failure by Quantum to repay principal or interest at maturity or on acceleration (Squires said he paid this on time); (b) failure by Quantum to issue shares of its common stock upon an Appellants’ exercise of a conversion right (this only occurs in default which is being argued); (c) delaying, impairing, or hindering by Quantum of Quantum’s transfer agent—Empire—in transferring shares of Quantum common stock to Appellants pursuant to a default (QMC got injunction because they do not believe they defaulted); (d) replacing Quantum’s auditor without the consent of Appellants (auditor quit, not replaced willingly); (e) restating Quantum’s financial statements in a manner that adversely affects Appellants’ rights under their respective promissory notes (yes, but reinstatement was minor, and in my opinion, did not damage L2/SBI), and (f) failing to file to register the Quantum shares from the equity purchase agreement (I couldn't find this requirement in the contract. There is a requirement to register "Puts," but QMC never exercised a "Put."

Status: Awaiting hearing on motion by QMC to dismiss the case. Hearing set for 3/2/18.

4) SBI versus QMC: SBI suing QMC for default. (similar claims as L2 in Kansas case)
Status: SBI claimed default by QMC to respond to case within legal time period after being served, but in the past week a notice came in that the service was return. They must not have served QMC properly which is why there was no response within the required period.
