MDCN reverse merger rumors starting. MDCN acquired 40% of RBA pharma, which is a private Canadian company with FDA approved skin and wound products. http://rbapharma.com/bioaquacare-en.html
Medican Enterprises Inc. (MDCN:OTC) is pleased to provide additional information on RBA Pharma Inc. which it holds a 40% equity stake in.
Wondering if the court battle for control ended/ending???
SHARE STRUCTURE IS HORRID... but I have seen worse structures turn into 10x returns before, many times before.
I have been following this company for a long time and I am a current investor. This is one of my gamble plays from a couple years ago and I loaded more this past summer based off my hunch about all this. Hopefully it pays off!
