This $200k reeks of BS. Here is my e-mail to WW who I believe is incompetent.
William,
Being a very large shareholder and the numerous times I have asked questions with no response it is my belief that your incompetent and the CFO should step down as this $200K software screw up is very bad along with no follow up on things you promised in 2016 as I have mentioned. Here is my post on I-Hub and will be my last time contacting you. Make no mistake not ever did I want insider info just follow up.
Time and time again WW has shown he is financially inept. Make no mistake as we have hired someone to promote us for the tune of $5k a month who basically has shown to only re post a PR or two on a message board. Not to mention we have not done what is needed to get on the QX which was part of the reason for the R/S. We have several things needed to comply such as independent directors and obviously compensation committee to name a couple. We have another commitment to add $50-80K in this 10Q to get money needed for financial accounting. This has been on-going and a total lack of leadership. Now a $200k f-up with no explanation. He no longer responds to these issues but takes the ostrich approach of sticking head in sand and never responding to these on=going issues. Why?
These issues fall squarely on him and his CFO as they should be leading not only with growth but being compliant and doing things he says he is going to do while publicly telling why they have not happened. I'm done with my rant but really wish people would either call him personally or e-mail him as his actions currently in the issues I mentioned are not consistent to growing a vibrant emerging company with shareholders interest. Done with my rant.
