Glad to see you two scratching your heads about this too!  Will we see another filing tonight?  I would seem that we have to have one soon, as there is no way, IMO, that all this 60+ million volume (minus the 2.3 mm from Epic, 5mm from Helo) is retail investors.  If it was retail, it would have happened before Jan 1.  Perhaps the theory that it was the preferreds sold after the new year to have a year to pay the capital gains, but I don't really believe that.  In that scenario, I picture a person setting aside a portion of the gains in order to pay for the cap. gains.
