I just read the Q - - - Here is my observation:
From Nov 6th to January 31st they added 5,561,952 shares. So my reading the Aruda percentage in his filing and then taking the Q showing the Nov 6th was way off.... This makes much more sense on why the share price has been trading in the range of 66-73 for those months. For a stock that does not trade too many shares a day, IF YOU DIVIDE that 5.5 million by the trading days in that range: you would get about 92,700 shares per day!
That is alot and heavy on this stock. We have had great news and Leo has to use those days to use Aspire...it is what it is during this time frame.
Dr. Menon reducing his salary by 50% is great as the Q states they are going to cool it on R&D and Dr. M is the President of Research. That makes sense and I would also pack my pipe with the possibility that K will have a deal inked shortly. As the PR last week stated:
The drug has shown modulation and I think that is exactly what was desired. Now the deal will be heavy on the milestones. I think the pay decrease may be in fact a deal is struck/in process. Atleast that makes sense as they need muscle for this formulation to oral and BP brings that muscle.
All my friends and fellow longs. This board is toxic and there is a huge entity trying to twist facts and insert doubt into minds.
Stick with the Company PR's and financials please. There is nothing wrong and the company has 3.2 million in cash and has over 25 million in available financing and the shelf if needed. They have not failed one trial - the kevetrin trial was not a failure. They met the primary end point in observing modulation of P53 and decided that based on what they saw - no need to spend more money and now take that money that could have been MILLIONS and put it towards Oral development and testing...if no partner is signed.
R&D costs were up 41% this quarter...Alot has happened in 2017 and all very positive!
Any day now - Prurisol data will be released. For the new readers, we are simply looking at a 30% PASI 75 score. We have a bar and it is black and white. We fall short it is okay, but based on the 200mg phase 2a -- we may trump that score big time! If that happens we know we WILL own the oral market and it really depends just how much we beat it by and this thing EXPLODES. No one can hold back a company that trumps a blockbuster drug with 505 (b)2 designation. The manufacturing cost of Prurisol is so lucrative this will be the biggest catalyst in our time at IPIX IMO... Psoriasis and dermatology is so HOT right now and will just become HOTTER as everyone is so concerned with looks as you can see by the commercials we see daily! Brilacidin for Acne and other derma indications could be UNREAL too - but that is looking far ahead.
Brilacidin OM could be partnered any day or the whole franchise for that matter....
There is so much excitement at IPIX, just talk to Leo or Art and you will see! The fact they may reduce staff (NON CLINICAL STAFF) is a huge tell IMO as well. Something is about to happen - I can feel it in the vibes!
