as I said the discussion on this board included a falling pps at the time or any dilution as being inconsistent with raising funds via PIPES,and thus NNLX likely didnt follow thru w that part of the fundraising as NNLX said in the update I posted that it would not engage in fundraising harmful to shareholders or dilutive
