The idea is to license the tech and have the rebuilder (usually has an inside engineering and fabrication shop) do all the big work. I do not think he has ever done such big work but the CSRV seems scalable.
He could get additional $ by consulting. Holy cow!! just consulting for the large engine industry would be a huge money maker. Train his staff and send them out all over the world. Geeesh!
