Things you need to know about ICO. Now TPAC does not have any assets link to the ICO. There is no physical E bikes and stations set up yet. To get it running Bill is hoping to use the cash from the ICO. What if the ICO only generates assume 1 million? Is it enough to set up the system? Of course not. So what happens to the money from the ICO?
ICO will only be recognised if you have a whole operation running. Then collections from the ICO can be utilised to repay the loans, share buybacks ...... improving shareholder value and ICO value.
