Bid topped up and increased by 8M to 74M at .0003 after earlier small paint downs by the usual suspect(s).
Each time they do that it in failed attempts to dupe people into selling a greater amount at .0003, it makes $DIGX thinner to the upside as their ability to put shares on the ask is diminished.
Longs control the majority of the off-the-year-bottom shares at .0003 and .0004 and will not be attempting to sell much under 100%>200% per run as they will be conserving them to last for each of the quarterly runs.
