Yes it does make one wonder. Drano's article and the one Sox posted about the J&J $1B for an IBD drug that is only entering phase two makes me wonder if Leo is paying hardball and holding out for better. I cant imagine that a company like J&J who is willing to sign a deal before a phase 2 is even started would not be foaming at the mouth for a drug with a very successful phase 2 in the bag.
