We could of heard about it in SEP 2017 when the deal was done and PR'd by McAfee -- BTW in time for FY18 -- if monitoring the McAfee news section of their website. I got lucky and found it after digging around the w/e before I posted.
ACS is not a public company and doesn't have to announce anything! SFOR hasn't said anything most likely because they have been authorized by the customer....AND....could be due to GOV contractual reasons as 4SD has very well explained. I can tell he's very knowledgeable with GOV contracts!
Caruso and few others have valid points too! When one looks at the McAfee PR and other GOV/news outlets -- how do folks know it has anything to do with SFOR. The answer is most will NOT know unless you're a SFOR investor and truly understand what you own and have done your home work.
That's why in my post I connected the dots showing the connections from McAfee PR to DXL to ACS (SFOR IP). It seems I didn't do a good job and have confused some folks, again my apologizes!
Most on this board should know and understand by now Team SFOR will NOT be able to announce all deals and those would show up in SEC filings as revenue! Which of course does NOT only apply to SFOR as the liar bashers like to mislead with comments about Mr. Kay. That's just plain and simple the way it works in the business world!
Having said the above, the McAfee solution provider 5 year Army contract was done in time for FY18 funds, which started 1 OCT 2017! So in the upcoming 10K we could see revenue from this deal if funds did get applied. 182M / 5 = 36.4M per year. We don't know what deals were made between InfoReliance / McAfee and McAfee / ACS. What we do know is SFOR receives 15-20% of ACS net sales and due the following month on the 15th.
That's just 1 of millions of contracts overall that will be done in 2018 using SFOR IP. We know McAfee is NOT infringing and will pay! There will be some that don't infringe and pay. There will be some that try to infringe and not pay. I have much faith in SFOR's litigation path and going after top tier companies first where there's big money being made! There's not enough time in the world to sue all that are infringing, but at least start top tier and work down.
I have come across a couple more new big contracts that I believe are using SFOR IP and will post later. 2018 will be a HUGE year for those that are patient!
$SFOR/BST STRONG!!!!
