INSY investors are a little bruised and battered following last week's turmoil. Investors may get a respite from the assault on the share price as Corporate INSYS Therapeutics once again was quick to address the concerns brought about by another potential debilitating lawsuit.
Corporate INSYS has been proactive in its response to accusations that it is a major player in the distribution (prescription) of opium related drugs. Investors should take time to review the numbers and percentages of occurrence of INSYS Therapeutic products within the medical prescription marketplace in EACH state that has filed charges against INSYS. I understand there are other issues BUT the NEGATIVE IMAGE projected by the various States of INSYS as a MAJOR supplier of opium related medications is WRONG...WRONG... WRONG!!!
The lower share price will correct itself and, I believe, return to its previous HIGHER levels. INSYS Therapeutics remains a professional company with outstanding products. I truly believe that it will survive the negatives and return a nice profit to its investors.
