last March. Followed by Ziv Turner's response. I could send the same email this time around to the existing cast of characters but I'm pretty sure I would get back the same unadulterated BS answer.....actually I'm not sure about that, their new approach is to just ignore their shareholders.

Hello Mr. Turner,
You and Jeff Friedland participated at the Wall Street conference in Boca Raton Florida earlier this month.
Considering that CannaTech is an annual event hosted in Israel, I find it incredulous that OWCP is not participating in this event in a more meaningful and direct way. With all due respect to Jeff Friedland, a great speaker, I would also like to see someone such as yourself, Mr. Bignitz, Dr. Baruch, or Dr. Rozenblat speak on behalf of OWCP. In other words someone who is more directly involved with the company.
CannaTech "showcases the full spectrum of global industry leaders, spanning the fields of science, research, finance, medicine, government policy, tech innovation, agriculture & entrepreneurship, at one outstanding event with a singular focus on cannabis". Does OWCP not see this as an opportunity to promote itself? Someone told me that he was under the impression that this is a "recreational based conference....not exclusively medical" or at least this is what he was told. If this were indeed the case then why is Mr. Friedland speaking at the conference? By his own admission he sees the real future and $ in the medical benefits of cannabis, not in its recreational use.
We are seriously invested in OWCP and its success. I'm not privy to the reasons why OWCP is not participating at CannaTech 2017. Perhaps it's due to a scheduling conflict or cost. I would appreciate your prompt and considered response to my concerns.
Thank you.

Dear Mr. XXXXXXX,
Thank you for the email. We have considered CannaTech Israel and we found it not suitable to our goals and medical vision. Looking at last year event, it was mainly for cultivation, recreational and home gardening. There are many new players in Israel that are looking to become OWC alike and we don’t want to present our products yet until sold within the Israeli market. Once this is done, the names mentioned below will present in future similar events in Israel and worldwide.
Respectfully Yours,
Ziv Turner
