1.pricing the ico/ipo above .01-.02 area. Since the shorted pps range is from-.0023 to .0013, If he sets the price at the tier one or tier two ico average pricing ;then a short would be trapped. They would not be able to buy under a cent and push-break even on their current short position by playing both sides.( long and short)
2. A .01-.02 opening ipo/ico would force people short to buy in. They would then be funding the company and be forced to push the pps way above their cover price to break even. If they shorted a lot, they would have to buy 3x5 times as much to break even.
3. This platform allows Matt to set the pps and valuation from the onset. Since it is their platform. They have the control.
Joe has had a lot of good news since it last traded. it should be priced into the ipo....
