Last time mugsy visited he was looking for a warehouse. He stumbled onto a factory. After that visit the CEO of the manufacturer was forced into retirement due to breaking QA protocol. The last unannounced visit came during an ISO inspection and the manufacturer was written up and had to overcome several adverse events resulting from that visit.
The then CEO of the manufacturer (full disclosure, a long standing personal friend), was concerned that mugsy was the type of shareholder that threatens KB daily and he didn't want his factory bombed, set on fire, or his employees stalked. So he agreed to visit with mugsy for a minute or two. And it cost him the back end of his career and drove a schism between DECN and the manufacturer.
This is by no means the only damage that penny trading shareholders can cause a company. DECN penny stock traders are deviously creative. I am sure they can find new ways to damage the company, deliberately and by accident.
DECN stopped using that manufacturer over a year ago and now manufactures everything in Korea. Mugsy should try to visit the Koreans. And finally, why does mugsy want to visit the old manufacturer again? Because of share price. When the share price is low it must be the result of fraud.
