yes. the app. allows for a message to be sent to the ins. co. any time the insured vehicle is in motion and the app. is turned off. this would allow the ins. co. to have in your policy that anytime this situation exists, you are not covered.allowing a "not in compliance" text being sent to you. Big Brother baby. jmo
