Does IPIX have to PR the major parts of a deal whe

Does IPIX have to PR the major parts of a deal when signed (such as upfront payment, milestone payments, and royalty terms) or can they keep these quiet if they are currently in negotiations with other BPs for further licenses? Not giving away our hand as to later deals seems appropriate, but not sure what the law says about time you have to make such details known.
