They shorted it 25,000 shares yesterday, 99% of the day was short sales trying to convince people that NTGL is in the toilet, but the short sale is artificial. They don't have the shares.
Now, they brought it up to .0039 with 250 shares (97 cents) intentionally so they can pull it down with another 250 shares (65 cents). This is the build you up to break you down approach although couldn't do this with a real amount of shares because they would have to fill some orders. They are also ignoring the million AON bid
