At the recent BOD meeting, David led off with the Ugly and the Bad, and saved the positive for the end...hopefully that is what he is doing here.
He is clearing the air of NTGL. Whatever is going on with NTGL, it no longer touches NTEK's financials in any way.
If we accept that there is a 21,000,000 deal which I am not challenging, the financier of that deal must be well versed in NTEK's situation and may very well want certain distractions dealt with before he invests.
Now we watch for the positives.
