The David Foley I have come to know is an honest and honorable businessman and after reading today's SH letter I do not see any mention of how this new transaction will negatively effect NTEK & NTGL SH's. I am sure NTEK must be considering compensating those NTEK SH's at the time of the original NTGL spinoff some type of pro-rated monetary compensation as promised to SH's at that time. The SH compensation was also repeatedly promised time and time again in subsequent years.
Today's SH update did not state NTEK SH's at the time of the NTGL spin off would not be receiving their due compensation so maybe everyone needs to take a step back and allow NTEK to further clarify how SH's will be compensated.
IF NO COMPENSATION IS MADE TO THE NTEK SH'S ON RECORD WHEN THE SPIN OFF TRANSACTION TOOK PLACE (AS PER NTEK'S MANAGEMENT'S PROMISE AT THE TIME) WELL THEN WE HAVE ALL BEEN ROYALLY SCREWED AND LIKE OTHERS HAVE NOTED HERE A CLASS ACTION AGAINST NTEK IS A CERTAINTY. IF IN FACT THAT WERE THE CASE DAVID AND OUR NEW MGT TEAM ARE ALL NOTHING MORE THAN CROOKS HOWEVER I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS FOR ONE MINUTE
There is no way David and our current NTEK management team with our 21M plus in funding could possibly be that moronic and plain stupid to blatantly rescind and deny SH's their due compensation. Please lets give David and our new NTEK management team the benefit of the doubt before jumping up and down and accusing them of cheating their SH's.
