If NTEK gets to the dollar mark....is anyone really going to care about this small NTGL nonsense? Talking about lawsuits of incremental amounts of 1.9 million of which present value is very undetermined seems really foolish.
NTEK has been clear they intend to use these assets to better the company and help us reach new heights. Claiming what was said/happened 2,3,4 years ago is pointless now. It seems NTGL is pretty much defunct and non-functional. If you invested in this company and NTEK 2,3,4 years ago, you lost a lot of money. Period. Both businesses faltered badly. DF already explained they cannot treat shareholders any different. They cannot determine who had what 4 years ago and value their current shares any differently than Joe Schmoe who buys 2 million shares tomorrow.
NTEK has picked themselves up and is showing a lot of promise. They have been open with communication and have been very transparent. Besides raising the current PPS, they cannot do anything to help you with any money you lost years ago. Can we please keep the board positive as we obviously want to attract as many long investors as possible. The constant BS talk about 4 years ago is not going to do the future of NTEK any good.
