So am I just dumb or have no idea what NTEK is going to pull off next? Here is one of my replies earlier on another board
I agree 100% with you! Just now reading and catching up here. One more thing David, NTGL shares. So you're saying NTEK sold the gaming rights to NTGL? I could have swore NTEK spun off the gaming to make NTGL. Then you say NTGL issued NTEK 120 million shares? And NTEK plans on to distribute when NTEK receives them? So were they issued or not? I would think if they hadn't been someone would be up someones ass to find those after 3 years! You just don't sell a company or portion and just forget about payment And would love to hear more about the Royal Capital Group and where all the money from those shares issued went! Curious shareholders want / need to know! David R Foley. Could you respond to this? Just curious!

"you are not the owners of the shares, NTEK is, and NTEK Management has sole discretion how it handles its assets. If shareholders don't want Management to make those decisions, they can vote in new management next year."
