This post is for Longs, ok they are almost 3/4 of a year behind in filing and have changed auditors and accountants. They are recognized on the Kisco site and have an online store with potential revenue.
What people seem to be failing to realize that they also have a pathway into China and could be in the final negotiation with the BOE's of the world after all they can ship their Dots from Star Park without Restriction.
I would also speculate that Steve during this time is getting the books squaky clean with lots of notes for future NDA's and Exchange Moves, they are the only QD company with Continuous Flow.
This lawsuit has more to do with shares than finances and court cases are proceeding as scheduled. Why give away shares to a predator.
So my 5.9 cent bid/thought is Steve is using this window of opportunity for what may may be the next phase for QMC. If they do land the big fish like a BOE we shall see what happens to the share price.
