That's the way I read too Turbo, however others have raised points entertaining retaining the money for NTEK use so its something to consider. Myself I would prefer that instead of cash for NTGL shares I would love equivalent amount of NTEK shares and let the company keep the cash recovered for future benefit of shareholders executing their plans. Win win I believe because if cash is distributed I would use it to by more NTEK shares anyway. Hello NTEK, keep the cash and reward us with your NTEK shares instead. I would be very happy with that outcome. Anyone else?
