I think we'll have to wait and see.
My *guess* is that JNS had asked for the value of the chargers plus legal fees (I don't think they could come up with good proof on what lost earnings were) and that came out to $750k.
CCGI didn't have, or didn't want, to give up ANY MONEY if they could help it so stalled and stalled and then I bet the judge finally put some pressure on.
So they came up with this settlement.
In CCGI mind they only fork over $50k for now, possible 100k later (we'll see if that happens, remember Farkas has shown his true colors many times before and a tiger doesn't lose his stripes) and they traded some stock (remember, Farkas has shitloads) for hardware that they can repurpose. No $600k out of pocket there. So 50+100+600 = $750. Everybody's happy.
But wait! Not us shareholders, *we* were expecting millions in settlement and the PPS was going to go thru the roof!
Never going to happen. If it reaches .025 I'd be surprise and pleasantly so I could double my investment. But I think that's as high as it will go.
As for the settlement, done deal, no reason to hash it out and make it something it's not. It is what it is, JNS got $750k. Way more than I thought they would get and more than they deserved imo.
