Who stands to benefit the most from recovery of NT

Who stands to benefit the most from recovery of NTGL cash? To some degree all share holders including those that purchased after Feb 6, 2015. Shareholders entitled before Feb 6, 2015 will not benefit as much as those that purchased after. Why? Nearly $2 million of assets transferred to NTGL which effects NTEK bottom line and PPS. Those that sold for one reason or another after that date expecting NTGL shares may not recoupe anything if NTGL cash recovery is held as retained earnings to further NTEK future plans. Will law suits follow if no distribution is made? I hope not as then there may be no benefit win or lose to absorbing the cash recovery if tied up with multiple suits. Then how does this effect the millions of shares bought over the counter of NTGL stock believing that they had assets transferred from NTEK? So it will be very interesting how this may be handled by the lawyers and company officials involved in this process. Stay tuned!
