They have till mid-Feb to say something in my opinion. Much closer to the limit than that and they will break the stocks back. People are going to stop and wait the circumstances out the closer it gets to the possible RS. Plus there is likely a window for filing paperwork on the RS. End of Feb at the latest. If the volume dries up more as we approach, then they will have to back off our push the bid.
VNDM and BMIC are on together at 0045 at the moment. If they continue to walk it down then it will push up against the support. We bounced at 0036/38 last time, if they pressure that hard it may break, and then who knows where.
Fingers crossed, eyes watching closely.
