The 1MM that may come back from NTGL - why have so

The 1MM that may come back from NTGL - why have some folks said this will produce a dividend from NTEK. If it, in fact, does come back from NTGL, then it just goes into the bank account. Increases our cash stash and makes our financials just look a bit better. I know that originally an NTGL stock dividend was contemplated, based on the number of shares held on a specific date, but things have changed and I don't believe that NTEK is under any legal obligation to make a payout to shareholders. Let's just hope that NTEK can actually receive the cash. There are lots of places it can be used productively.
