Yes sir, I'm very familiar with story and movie. No worries on the analogy, all good! Hope and keeping the Faith in our Little small company StrikeForce Technologies Inc. that needed to defend against the Goliath's of the IT Industry winning battles, with overall Industry / Ecosystem Victory upon us!
Team SFOR has prevailed thru all the long very tough times while the Industry Goliath's tried to STEAL their IP and squash them out of business. The future brilliancy of Ram, SFOR was very early to the dinner table by over a decade since the "IT INDUSTRY" was not ready to accept SFOR IP. Unfortunately to battle off the Goliath's, Team SFOR needed to take on Toxic debt and do RS's, heck the CEO Mr. Kay even provided 2M of his own money! Team SFOR kept pushing forward and strives for overall Victory -- which is UPON us now -- 2018!
If there were any ways around SFOR IP, other than infringing, then MSFT/PF settlements would of never taken place - they would of squashed David/SFOR if possible, they tried and failed! Then we witnessed more Industry Goliath's move over to Team SFOR -- INTEL / McAfee, then TPG to follow! Those 4 Behemoth companies would not be licensing SFOR IP if the patents could not hold up - Blank Rome and Ropes & Gray Behemoth Global Law Firm and recently added law firm(s), will win all the current litigation battles THIS YEAR, and future litigations -- if needed! SecureAUTH and their pocket 9th District Court Judge got nothing/ZERO, but a very bad tactical delay and will LOSE!
