LOCKPORT, Ill., Feb. 06, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Via OTC PR Wire --- After extensive due diligence Farallon, Inc. a wholly-owned subsidiary of IDGlobal Corp. (USOTC:IDGC) is pleased to announce the signing of a blanket Asset Purchase Agreement with an existing quality packaging equipment company, in Addison, IL. The agreement acquires the assets and existing operations at the 10,000 square-foot fully-operational facility which includes 3 quality petroleum-based filling lines and 1 water-based filling line along with a fully-integrated laboratory. The new venture will remain under the Farallon, Inc. name and has first-year projections of $1.8 million.
