Pat Scorzelli, CEO
As Principal of Matrix Consulting Group, Mr. Scorzelli served as a key advisor to multiple private and public companies on business, finance and legal matters. He has assisted both existing and start-up businesses in their efforts to realize their true corporate potential in a highly competitive business environment. Over the course of his career, he has held the titles of Chairman, CEO, President and Corporate Advisor for such companies, to name a few, as US Global Nanospace, Inc., a publicly traded defense, nanotech and biotech company, 3G NanoSystems, Inc., a renewable energy development company, Scanbuy, Inc., a mobile barcode solutions company, Barefoot Limited Partners, a $30M development and construction firm, Summit Construction and Management Company, a General Contractor and Developer constructing cannabis cultivation facilities and dispensaries, Prime Wellness Group, a non-profit Medical Marijuana cultivator, extractor and dispenser and Fairway Wellness Group, a for–profit medical and recreational cannabis cultivator, extractor, packager, manufacturer, wholesaler, distributor and dispenser.
Ralph Porretti, COO
Mr. Porretti has been Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer at Judo Capital Corp. (aka: Classic Rules Judo Championships, Inc.) since October 2015, and has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Tia IV, Inc. since August 2008. Mr. Porretti has extensive multi-industry credentials at the senior management level in the mortgage, telecom and real estate fields in both line management and consulting capacities. His key management positions included: Consultant for Manhattan Mitigation, Inc.; Managing Partner of Verde Funding Corporation and President of its Real Estate Division and President and Chief Executive Officer of Best Telecom Installations, Inc. He Founded RD&J Communications and served as its President. He was a bottom line manager with strong marketing, sales and interpersonal skills and a successful track record in managing startups and promoting innovation. He is a Member of the Staten Island Board of Realtors. He is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Agent and serves as the Commercial Division Manager for Century 21 Smart.
