$PSGR TONGUE FIRMLY IN CHEEK: I think I can now understand why Blackridge has not demanded that Pershing Resources complete and submit all the required SEC paperwork!!!! Yep, if/when the share price drops below a penny, Pershing Resources Executive Management will have to pay Blackridge to take the stock!!!! A BRILLIANT maneuver AND business decision by Blackridge!!!!
I wish I could say that the above is funny but in truth, I find the current LACK of support by Corporate Pershing Resources to be very frustrating AND depressing. There can be no question that Corporate Pershing Resources is aware that the share price has continued to drop. Not one word and NO ONE at Corporate Pershing Resources has taken 30 seconds to provide ANY information on its website...Oh yeah...remember they were proud that the website would provide a direct avenue for investors to be kept current on company information. Information would be timely and transparent.
I suppose the information from Pershing Resources is so transparent that investors can see right through it and know that NOTHING will change.
$0.012/share...IF I were an Executive /OR/ an hourly employee of Pershing Resources, I would be extremely EMBARRASSED and HUMILIATED that I was employed by a company that refused to support its stock. I would also be very concerned about both MY future with the company and the future of the company.
I am POSITIVE that the $0.012/share price is lower today than it was last week.
