Shouldn't the shareholders of entitled NTGL shares decide whether we want to sell our shares. Where is this money coming from to close us out. Did someone buy the company without our knowledge? If NTGL has one employee and no management since Al Stone died then I don't understand who is negotiating for NTGL.
