Exactly, the SEC is withholding evidence of collusion within departments of ICE and the SEC.
The bias against defendants is somewhat astounding.
Same as FISA memo shows.
This is the real reason the Judge is conflicted on a resolution to this matter.
The FBI had investigated Treaty and the management according to the email and found NO grounds to prosecute.
Despite this , the biased SEC attorney with the help of anonymous internet person(s) crafted a complaint full of lies and misconceptions. These same lame arguments have been employed a record 13 times against treaty in one form or another
Treaty investors who have done absolutely nothing wrong have had to suffer the consequences of the hedge fund malarkey and pray that the judge sees fit to end this malicious prosecution and restore our shareholder rights and protect us instead of the opposite.
These are the facts of this situation and we as shareholders pray the judge does the right thing by us
