On the caution side of HCEI:
It is a little disconcerting when I see that HCEI is labeled on OTCMarkets as a Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware) stock.
The stock has reverse split five times since 2007, the last two times being March, 2013 and November 2015. If this turns out to be a pump, it will probably RS again and start another slide right on the 2 year que.
On the Positive side of HCEI:
Now that an Annual report has been submitted (first one since 2016), maybe that Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware) status will be corrected on the OTCMarkets website.
It's nice that HCEI is, or will be, partnering with Jeunese as that will make available to HCEI greater distribution potential.
Definitely one to watch...
