But perhaps with a little help from people masquerading as DECN shareholders, they could convince J&J to sue, where the suit would be filed primarily to foment more negativity by DECN shareholders surrounding DECN.
J&J's OneTouch Select is an almost identical copy of OneTouch Ultra. J&J said so in their 510K filing. Their clinical trials were run on only 100 patients in what is called an Accuracy Study. DECN owns a patent license to the OneTouch Ultra patents, two of which are expired and one of which was killed. But, people masquerading as DECN shareholders have libeled Mr. Berman into oblivion in public forums. J&J reads these message boards and speaks to the authors of the posts. It might just be worth $350K to bring a suit. A suit would be met with glee over on iHub. What do you think?
