Like you "I've been wrestling with this for awhile." What threw a monkey wrench into the SFOR machinery was the litigation. Large companies are hesitant to enter into contracts with us if they see any legal doubt about the validity of our IP. Yes, we won hands down at the USPTO. In their eyes that's not good enough. IMHO once we get out from under the cloud that CA judge cast over us it will be "blue skies do I see" as the song goes.
