Neither Averez or ACS (our Federal Government vendors) can get a thin dime out of Uncle Sam until Congress passes the budget & the POTUS signs it into law. I see this delay as the only fly in the oatmeal right now to SFOR getting a slice of Fed. pie IMHO.
