armyseal as a pinksheet company CEO was/is not under
any obligation to disclose PAST MANAGEMENT Delaware DEBT
because if CEO wanted to stay a pink sheet company he would
never have had to deal with it.
The only reason CEO disclosed it is because CEO
has made it a priority to get off the pinks as a
fully AUDITED company.
Yes the stock took a short term hit as a result of disclosing it, but
COMMON SENSE would tell you the only reason CEO
is disclosing it at this point is because HE KNOWS he
can complete the negotiated settlement with Delaware
soon and MAZARS can get on with completing the AUDIT.
otherwise he would have never mentioned it if he didn't
already KNOW he is going to be able to get it done
because again HE DIDNT have to !
