It would be sad to think the judicial system allows for such activity, but there are certain realities that exist. Not sure how long you've been invested, but the prospects for the company look better than they have since before the J&J case started. KB and crew still have to execute and the timeline to Q3 that has been presented is of their own making. With a little good fortune on J&J trying to unload their business unit, 2018 does look like the turning point.
