MYDX is starting with suing for $29 Million dollars at least. You can research this lawsuit by searching on mydx lawsuit, it was filed in July 2017. MYDX is claiming extortion and other things. There are plenty of articles on the lawsuit out there if you research it, in fact you can go to MYDX homepage and under news, will have information about the lawsuit. All I know for a fact is that MYDX won on all counts of the demurrer today in court from the defendants and now the lawsuit will go to trial unless some type of settlement is reached - it's any ones guess on that.
