Here's a company that Adobe bought with low revenues, 20% yoy revenue increase, wasn't profitable but did have a lot of cash in the bank.
Sold price tag 20x $Fusz's mc and Fusz's potential is way more than 20% increase in annual sales. TubeMogul allowed companies to buy and track video ads. Imagine what Fusz is worth when you can actually CREATE and track video ads. As Rory has said dozens of times, there are many products that track sales, but not actually SELL!
20 x the current sp is $4-5 a share.

Revenue grew 21% year-on-year to $56.1 million
TubeMogul's net losses increased from $3.75 million
The company stated it had cash and cash equivalents of $84 million in the quarter.
