I haven’t said concretely that the legal problems are the issue. Clearly with the injunction in place, there is no threat of immediate dilution. I don’t think the legal proceedings are entirely the reason for such a late filing, but I’m just speculating like everyone else. I’ll be glad when they post the 10K so we all set this topic aside.
