I totally agree with you. Nobody wins in a litigation. Focus on business and deliver big.
Steve, tell only what onci can do. Honesty is the best policy even in penny stocks. This audited financial mishap made a big dent on long term shareholders temporarily. It didn't matter a lot to flippers. But, I am sure Steve will come back soon, imho.
