Biff seems to want to make it personal more so than the rest.
If that is indeed biff Morgan why on earth would he care about Treaty failing when it is the known convict he willingly gave his money too?
And now that biff no longer has any real connection to any of this would he continue for years posting and making fun of people that have nothing to do with him? Is it mental derangement? I know he claims PTSD but it makes no sense, I don't think any of them are who we think
