Based upon the amount of A/R on the books and the removal of language in the notes it appears that Onci is not using a FACTOR like Berman had repeated over and over.
You can make many observations about this. Onci doesn't have to pay the 20% fee but also has to collect it's own A/R or perhaps it could discount 20% if the entire order is paid upfront in cash. Berman would have to act as the collection department.
Having worked with factors before they are eager to do business with you until that first large deal goes south and A/R becomes uncollectible. Then everything else beyond that is no longer funded. The factoring community is tight and word spreads quickly.
