I asked a question I think you missed, let me try again: If the company runs out of cash, who controls the company? The creditors? It certainly isn't the shareholders. Those creditors may even get rid of management / the BOD. In fact, that's pretty likely. So I'm not sure what sort of threat some rube shareholder poses when the heavy hitters are next up to bat.
I'm trying to figure out if the company will still exist in a few months before I put my money here - I see a lot of talk and dates and "sales" but nothing has hit the books yet? How many months are left on those overseas contracts?
Is that crazy? To make sure you aren't throwing your money into a black hole?
