I've been involved in Private Placement myself to know the potential struggle. Turns out OTC stocks aren't as easy to transfer into the big, mainstream brokers. I was able to transfer my shares into Interactive Brokers without an issue and then from there I was able to transfer to TD*Ameritrade -- but it wasn't easy right away. I agree.
The thing is, as OWC advances and moves forward... Their share price could certainly remain in the several dollar area. It all depends on what they plan on doing in the next 6 months.
A few of the big brokers suggested to me if OWC was trading over $2.00, it wouldn't have been as big of a deal. So, yeah, if they decide to start selling the Cream in a dispensary type setting until the Clinicals are done... That could start bringing in some decent revenue and could keep the stock price in the dollar range at least.
Personally, I have no idea why they haven't announced deals to start selling in Europe/Germany, Canada, California, Colorado, etc. I'm HOPING they'll surprise us soon with that type of news.
The investor presentation on their website certainly indicates that's their plan. Two separate pathways. Now, let's see execution from our Silent Israeli friends.
