Software development and mobile solutions company Consorteum Holdings (OTC: CSRH) recently extended its strategic agreement with Knockout Gaming, Inc. Per the agreement, Knockout will provide its online gaming platform to Consortium’s 359 Mobile, Inc. An article discussing the company reads: “The announcement indicates that, by providing its platform to 359 Mobile, Knockout Gaming will be able to deliver mobile online gaming products under existing licenses to certain regulated gaming markets worldwide, including the United Kingdom.
