Specify claims made BY the Company, not on behalf of the Company. There is a substantial difference between what others may say “on behalf of” the Company and what is actually said by the Company. We stand by what we say. What others say, may or may not be accurate and I won’t take the time to affirm or deny the accuracy of all of the things said by others. How you determine the validity or accuracy of claims or assertions made by others is up to you.
